Crochet and Needlepoint
Christmas Ornaments

Well, I just couldn't believe my luck when I went to the thrift store and got all these crocheted and needlepointed Christmas Ornaments for free, a whole basket of them!

I have always enjoyed making Christmas ornaments, because it gives the Christmas tree a special personal touch.

None of these I had to make, but why didn't anybody else want them? They gave them away for free!

But I'm not complaining, I have been wanting to add some homemade Christmas Ornaments to these pages for awhile, because they are so simple to make.

The problem is, that I don't have the instructions on how to make them. But most craftees can just look at them and figure it out anyway, and I have a whole bunch I can show you.

I left the pictures rather large, so I hope your computer has a fast speed.

Other Homemade Ornaments

Here's another cute little idea. These are small squares of styrofoam, wrapped like little presents.

The wrapping paper is not foil, but shiny like foil, and tied in a bow with a thin gold string.

I have always liked these because they are so light on the tree. See a picture taken from the top

Also in the Christmas Ornament Basket was some crocheted butterfly refrigerator magnets.and three flannel santas (see large pic) and two ceramic santas

My sister sent me these christmas chocolates from Indiana, check them out. Yum Yum! They are called chocolate meltaways. She bought them here at Libs candy
